The Medical Society of Milwaukee County is an organization of physicians that provides leadership on critical health issues to improve the overall health status of the community. Contacted by the Executive Director to create a PDF form to be emailed out to potential candidates within their membership. Candidates would then electronically fill out the form and hit SUBMIT to send data back to MSMC. Designed following standards per MSMC’s Brand Tool Kit.
